    Role Overview:

    This role is part of the Convergent Systems IT Team and involves coordinating system design, development, and deployment across European markets in line with business needs and domain strategy.

    The successful candidate will be accountable for managing the entire lifecycle of systems and solutions within their area of responsibility.

    Key responsibilities include translating business demand into technical requirements, identifying affected areas, and checking feasibility against business needs.

    Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:


    • Manage project lifecycles, coordinate suppliers during design, development, and implementation phases, adhering to Delivery Management Processes.


    • Ensure effective Release Management and Capacity Management for assigned systems.


    • Deliver projects and programs on time, meeting quality and cost expectations.


    • Provide active consultancy to internal customers and stakeholders on system/product developments, market trends, and potential improvements.


    • Select and coordinate suppliers for design, development, and implementation phases, following Delivery Management Processes.

    Performance Metrics:


    • Customer satisfaction from assigned markets.


    • Timeliness and quality in delivery according to market requirements.

    Core Competencies and Requirements:


    • At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications or IT.


    • Knowledge of local market processes.


    • Familiarity with OSS Solution Portfolios.


    • Strong leadership skills for driving special topics forward.

    Mandatory Qualifications:


    • Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) in telecommunications or computer science or equivalent.


    • Excellent communication and information skills.


    • Customer-focused and systematic work approach.
