Business Development The idea is steps by steps to find your own customers, by doing market analysis to identify prospects, contacting them through cold calling, organizing meetings to identify projects on which we could accompany them thanks to our expertise.
Recruitment and Management of your team of consultants: As a manager, you will recruit your own team (find and attract the best talents with the right expertise and skillset), then be there to help them evolve and develop their skills.
You'll oversee the follow-up of the projects and of the satisfaction of your consultants.Management of your BU:
You are basically responsible of the well-being of your business unit, and so as in any company, your objective is to handle this responsibly and pilot the activity safely.
You will Analyse your Profit & Loss to detect potential business issues to build an adequate action plan to optimize Turnover & Contributive Margin.
