Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

Reporting directly to the CEO, will be responsible in maximizing the performance of the company's eCommerce;
Will be the point of reference in defining and implementing online sales strategies, with the goal of ensuring the best customer experience;
Will plan, organize and coordinate campaigns and manage all Newsletter activities;
Will analyze KPI's and reporting related to the E-Commerce platform;
Will analyze online behaviors to identify improvement actions toincrease sales and deliver the best possible user experience (e.g., purchase flows, conversion rates, etc.);
Will analyze and monitor new trends and opportunity in the Social Media universe and new technologies applied to digital marketing, Web3, NFT's or similar;
Will constantly update catalogs and critical stock levels;
Will collaborate with the sales department in order to be continuously aligned on level, marketing and visual;
Skills in Photography, Video, Copy or Content creation will be a huge plus

Profilo

Previous experience in the role of Ecommerce specialist/On line store manager of at least 2/3 years preferably in fashion/ design/ beauty contexts;
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communication would be a preferential option;
Excellent analytical and communication skills;
Excellent knowledge of Office package, Google Analytics, Adobe package;
Experience using WordPress, Active Campaign, Woo Commerce platforms;
Experience using Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and paid advertising in general;
Passion for the digital world and constant updating regarding the latest trends;
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages;
Refined aesthetic sense
