Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a
Junior Project Manager to join our PM Team.

Reporting to the Process Manager, the new resource will play a key role in the management of projects involving all the different Business Units of the Agency.

Main roles and responsibilities:

• Issuing of vendors purchase orders in the internal management system
• Monthly preparation of final balances based on the investments communicated by the media team.
• Checking compliance with the budgets and media channels provided by the Client.
• Ensure the correct communication flow between the Business involved and team Finance to ensure correct billing and collection timing.
• Support on administrative activities
• Creating, compiling and providing reports
• Data Entry activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good knowledge of the Office Suite (especially Excel);
• Precision, attention to detail
• Collaborative / teamwork attitude
• Organizational and relational skills
• Good in English
