JOB MISSION


The mission of this role will be to work and collaborate with the Business Managers, together with our Global HR Function, having the main goal to support the business, its needs and strategies, and converting these into good HR practices, in line with the ethical and Sustainability values of the Company.


This role will be dedicated to our Hair Care International Business Partnerships Business Unit, covering today 65 countries with around 45 headcounts (internal & external employees), consistently growing and expanding.


The role will be reporting in solid line to the International Business Partnerships Director, with a dotted line to the Global Hair Care HR Business Partner.


DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Help foster our Company culture, by working alongside of people from across the functions and creating the conditions to bring it to life, everyday.

Manage the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding and development to day to day management, always in line with the Company values.

Work closely with the global HR Function on a daily basis, supporting the implementation of all people management related processes, ensuring alignment with the Group HR practices (Talent Acquisition, Organizational & People Development, Administrative & Payroll, etc).

Effectively collaborating with the Group HR Business Partners team in defining people strategies based on the Business Needs, and executing them with excellence.

Support the HR BP team in leading the strategy around employee experience and employee relations/issues in the Business Unit.
Being actively involved in recruitment and talent acquisition processes partnering with internal and external providers.
Act as HR Business Partner in support of the direct manager, company manager and employees and, where applicable, interacting with our external network (e.g. by progressively influencing our Distributors' HR practices) by establishing solid and open working relationships.

Define and implement development programs both individual and team ones, in an ongoing way and in line with the growth of the Business Unit.

Measure the impact of those programs for continuous improvement.
Provide reporting and analysis on people KPIs.
Support the organizational evolutions and relevant change projects.


PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
International exchange programs during the University and Master in HR will be considered as a plus
4-5 years of experience as HR Generalist/Specialist or HR BP in an international environment
Ability to act and build trust in multicultural environments, with experience in international contexts
Strong organization and communication skills
Strong passion about coaching and developing others; experience with development tools will be a plus (e.g. DISC; 360°; etc)
Business and organizational savvy, with ability to interpret business needs and translating them into HR actions
Fluent written and spoken English is required; any other language will be a plus
Passionate to work in team, embracing and promoting a strong team spirit approach
Desire to learn and develop in HR, with an enthusiasm for the business
Passion for the Beauty industry is a must, experience in the industry is a strong asset
Full MS Office working proficiency
Available to travel approx. 25% of their time
