What you'll do:

You will join the team of Sportsbook Experience and in particular in the business / management Betting reporting directly to Marco Rebuglio.
You will have the opportunity to be involved to be involved in the development and implementation of cuttingedge sportsbook features and technologies aimed at enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

Who you are:

You have at least 5 years of experience in the sports betting or online gaming industry, with a proven track record of success in roles focused on sportsbook operations, user experience, or product management.
You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
You have excellent knowledge of sports betting markets, odds compilation, and trading principles, coupled with a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences in the sportsbook environment;
You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences;
You know how to leverage data and analytics tools to derive actionable insights and drive informed decisionmaking.

Preferrably, you also have:

Previous experience in project management or leadership roles, overseeing crossfunctional teams and driving initiatives from conception to implementation;
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate effective communication with development teams and contribute to discussions around technical requirements and feasibility.
