    As a key player in the Amazon People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on creating a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving progress across Amazon's strategy and goals.

    About The Role



    In this exciting position, you will be responsible for delivering projects and driving progress towards business goals. You will engage and coordinate with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation, resolving high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals, and complex disciplinary matters. Additionally,
    you will coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
