- Schedule travel arrangements for field sales and service engineering team within Italy, manage and upload their travel expenses to the system.
- Prepare service quotations and handle customer enquiries via email or phone.
- Schedule meetings, calls, appointments.
- Administrative experience with data entry, customer interaction or service coordination role in an engineering business essential. Experience processing orders using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle helpful.
- Fantastic communication skills (English), attention to detail & desire to support customers required.
