Samac S.P.A. ricerca per ampliamento organico una figura di PMO per attività di coordinamento tra il dipartimento tecnico e la produzione.La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con l'Ufficio Tecnico Meccanico e l'ufficio Pianificazione Produzione e si occuperà concretamente di:
Riceve tutte le informazioni relative ad ogni commessa attiva (scadenze, tempi, costi a budget).Riceve tutte le informazioni relative alle risorse a disposizione, ore disponibili, competenze delle varie risorse.Partecipa alla stesura del piano di commessa, pianificando le risorse con lo scopo di ottimizzare il flusso complessivo aziendale.Definisce la pianificazione complessiva, ottimizzata nel rispetto delle scadenze imposte dal Commerciale, per ogni commessa, in collaborazione con i PM.Si interfaccia con il Commerciale e Direzione Tecnica (Operations), nei casi in cui la pianificazione non rispetta gli obiettivi di consegne e costi previsti; redige, in questo caso un piano di rientro da confermare.Monitora l'avanzamento di ogni commessa (Lead Time) e del piano complessivo, tramite meeting giornalieri / settimanali adeguati, interfacciandosi con i vari referenti delle commesse.Risolve, attraverso attività di Problem Solving, tutte le discordanze rispetto al piano originario.Nei casi specifici, riporta alla Direzione.Monitora Tempi, Costi e Qualità di ogni commessa, produce i report necessari allo scopo (interfacciandosi anche con il Controller aziendale), riportando ai vari PM e sollecitando la risoluzione delle discordanze rispetto al Budget.Nello specifico:
Prima fase (6 mesi), responsabilità sulla progettazione (Meccanica, Elettrica, SW), pianificazione e monitoraggio;Successivamente (12 mesi): responsabilità anche sulla Produzione ed Installazione, pianificazione e monitoraggio.Pianifica la progettazione, ottimizzando l'utilizzo delle risorse, risolvendo i vincoli, aumentando quindi la capacità progettuale complessiva.Monitora costantemente e risolve tutti i conflitti o discordanze rispetto al pianificato, anche attraverso attività di Problem Solving.Riduzione ritardi di consegna Monitoraggio puntuale costi per ogni commessa, producendo report adeguati al controllo della totalità delle commesse in essereSi richiedono:
Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale o dell'Automazione;Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo e nella gestione di progetti su commessa;Buona conoscenza lingua inglese;Soft skills legate al problem solving e alla propensione al contatto con clienti/fornitori;Propensione al lavoro in team.La selezione è rivolta a candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
