    What we are looking for Under the supervision of the Italy Medical Marketing Manager, the Italy Senior Event Specialist is responsible to promote Amplifon's reputation among the medical profession, through the management of Courses, Congresses and Events of the Medical Division.


    Your Responsibilities will Include:

    Planning and organisation of medical-scientific events, through the coordination of the chosen agenciesManagement of Compliance 231 procedures concerning eventsLimited to focus on events, maintain contents on the website ORL.NEWSManagement of communication material, gadgets and shipments required for eventsManagement of suppliers such as fitters, graphic designers, printers, etc.

    Entry of purchase orders in Oracle and subsequent receiptsCollaboration with the Field Sales Team for the best implementation of events, activating a clear and effective communication channel Management of the budget via monthly update in Oracle, in continuous dialogue with his/her Manager and the Finance teamCollaboration with all company departments (Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales, etc...)
    in a purposeful and constructive mannerWillingness to travel to eventsRequirements:
    Degree in Marketing and/or Economics and/or Communication. A master's degree in event organisation will be an advantageAt least 5 years of experience as Project Leader in medical/scientific event agencies Positive attitude and communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation)Teamwork attitudeAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, with particular reference to Powerpoint and Ms ExcelProficient in English, both in speaking and writingExceptional attention to detail Strong in planning, stakeholder involvement, anticipating steps, & attentive to deadlinesStrong business and results orientationCuriosity, positivity and proactivity
