    Marketing Director for EMEA Role Summary

    We are seeking a talented Marketing Director for EMEA to redefine the conventions of our category in the world of health and wellness.

    About This Opportunity

    This role offers a unique chance to drive double-digit growth in EMEA across our core product categories, inspiring and leading a team of 10 marketers to achieve ambitious goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspire and lead a team of 10 marketers with 4 direct reports to achieve ambitious goals.

    Brand Building Expertise:

    • Nurture our mission and build the equity of our brands, driving awareness, consideration, desirability, cultural relevancy, and curating consumer experience through all touchpoints.
    • Leverage our exciting portfolio of global and local brands with locally relevant acceleration programs, partner with the global marketing and innovation team to create superior solutions that fuel growth and strengthen competitive advantage.

    Business Acumen:

    • Have a strong business-driven mindset with a bias for action, always looking at risks and opportunities, managing brand P&Ls and investment required, and recommending acceleration or corrective actions to deliver growth ambitions.
    • Create Category Growth Platforms, Trade Engagement Decks, LSM Deployments, Toolkits/Targets/Trackers.

    Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Ability to build and lead a strong, accountable team and be the advocate of the priorities and needs for the EMEA business. Persuasive in communication.
    • Experience in a small, nimble, and fast-paced environment is a plus. Proven ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and contribute to the wider organizational strategy.

    Requirements:

    • Proven marketing expertise with a track record of success in marketing management and 4Ps execution (consumer and customer facing), utilizing market and consumer insights to inform overall strategy, action plans, and sales go-to-market efforts.
    • Strong communication and consumer experience, including expertise in communication, digital marketing & audience planning, social engagement, PR, influencer strategy, and track record of success in brand building through each element of the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).
    • Solid knowledge of consumer trends, including insight mining & utilization of consumer insights to inform brand building and supporting sales go-to-market efforts.
    • Strong marketing planning & execution, including ability to build profitable growth with track record of success in financial delivery, planning, and marketing budget management.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with English fluency. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
