- Nestlé in Italy, Milan (Assago) Head Quarter
- Undergraduates or graduates in Economics/ Accounting, Financial Management and/or Control or Management Engineering
- Fulltime internship (6 months)
- Start date: November/ December 2023
Position Summary
You will collaborate with the Planning Team, developing process and system (Oracle) skills, in order to support business and functional co-pilots in the generation of full P&L Dynamic Forecast (DF) and Operational Plan (OP) in full compliance with deadlines and quality standards requested by Head Quarters.
A day in the life of...
- Prepare and monitor DF environment and check monthly closing in the Forecast tool
- Ensure the alignment of master data between corporate systems and DF Tool
- Collect analyze and solve issues faced by Copilots, in order to optimize DF process and submission timing
- Actively collaborate with the Reporting team to ensure the "First Time Quality" of DF submission and full compliance with deadlines
- Generate and optimize shared templates to support internal stakeholders
- Participate to international projects and cooperate with the Zone Europe support team
What will make you successful
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; one or more work experiences will be preferred
Advanced Excel Skills:

Proficiency in English and Italian:
- Interest in developing planning tools knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage different tasks at the same time according to priority
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and attention to details
- Problem solving skills; willingness to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Strong attitude to work in team, flexibility and availability in supporting other team activities
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
