Assistant store Manager:

For our D2 team based in Castelromano (RM) we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager.

Activities:

He/she will contribute to improve the commercial performance, the numerical analysis of sales and stocks, the supervision of replenishment and visual equipment.

As a Assistant Store Manager, he/she will play an important role in leading, creating the right culture, developing and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and to convey the proper image of the brand.

What Requirements You Need To Have:

At least 4/5 years of experience and in a managerial role in well-structured fashion companies
Excellent analytical and numerical skills;
Strong Commercial skills and product sensibility;
Strong managerial skills and team management;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel;
Fluent in English as well as Italian;
Strong interest and proved knowledge in the fashion world;
Autonomy and work organization;
Leadership;
Goal orientation, ability to work in team, flexibility and availability are key requirements.
