    Job Description


    As a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist within our Retail Media team, you will set up, manage and optimize performance-driven campaigns for our brand partners across both onsite (Redcare web & app) and offsite channels.

    You will be responsible for the end-to-end activation, monitoring, and continuous optimization of digital Retail Media campaigns across multiple platforms — ensuring best-in-class execution for every campaign, delivers great results, and contributes to the growth of Redcare's Retail Media business in Italy.

    Responsibilities

    • Set up, and activate Retail Media Campaigns onsite (Redcare web & app) for our brand partners and retail clients;
    • Plan, set up, and activate Google Ads campaigns (programmatic, social, Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and paid social campaigns for our brand partners and retail clients;
    • Monitor campaign performance and ensure flawless delivery against client KPIs and revenue targets;
    • Optimize campaigns in real time using Google Ads, ad servers, DSPs, and social platforms to maximize ROI and performance;
    • Collaborate with Campaign Management and Ad Tech teams to ensure best-in-class execution and innovation in paid media strategies;
    • Support reporting activities, post-campaign analyses, and cross-channel performance reviews to derive actionable insights and improve future activations;
    • Ensure all activations meet Redcare's quality standards and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

    Qualifications

    • You have 2+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign activation, or campaign management, ideally in a Retail Media, e-commerce, or agency environment.
    • You have hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and/or YouTube.
    • You're confident working with ad tech platforms such as Google Campaign Manager and DV360; familiarity with additional ad servers, DSPs, or paid social tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
    • You have a strong analytical mindset and know how to translate performance data into clear optimizations and actions.
    • You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at the same time.
    • You're collaborative, proactive, and performance-driven, with a "test-and-learn" approach to improving results.
    • You're fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
