    The role

    We're seeking an Ecosystem Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the CTE Next project (Casa delle Tecnologie Emergenti di Torino).

    In this role, your mission will involve overseeing the communications strategy, events planning, and community building within the CTE Next project. This initiative, led by Città di Torino, aims to transform the city into a unique technology transfer center, with a primary focus on emerging technologies.

    Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities and initiatives of the CTE Next project to establish and manage the reference community effectively.
  • Manage and facilitate communication and liaison with project partners, including proactive engagement with Public Administrations to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Ensure meticulous collection and maintenance of all necessary project documentation to support transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively coordinate and support various project suppliers, fostering productive relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Take charge of creating and enhancing presentations with innovative and engaging content to effectively communicate project updates and achievements.
  • Conduct thorough reporting activities to provide insights and progress updates to project stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Provide comprehensive support for various organizational tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving project needs.

  • You have relevant experience within the startup and innovation sector, whether from a startup, consultancy, accelerator, startup studio, or similar background.
  • You are an enthusiast of the local innovation technology landscape, and you possess the ability to easily map startups and entities focused on innovative subjects in general.
  • You are an engaging speaker and attentive listener, you command attention through skilled public speaking and impeccable communication.
  • You are a versatile team contributor, demonstrating effective decision-making skills as well as a great teamwork attitude, ensuring a focused approach to achieve objectives.

  • You are based in Torino, where you live and breathe the vibrant environment, easily accessible to OGR (Corso Castelfidardo, ).
