About This Opportunity:

The role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues that involve software development, engineering tasks and product releases.

Product Project Manager


Location:
Biassono, Italy (Hybrid)


Responsibilities:


  • As a technical expert of the team, he/she collaborates with the other Technical Team Leaders, the Software Development Managers, and the Architects in the Docebo product engineering organization.
  • Assures the quality of the product following agreed quality assurance standards, the technologies, and the technical architecture chosen.
  • User Story splitting, the definition of lowlevel/more granular User Stories. It includes more granular ACs' titles (Scenarios).
  • Follows and respects the release process and in the live environments to facilitate the release of separate services and to improve Reliability, Resiliency, Scalability, Ownership, and COGS.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of developer position.
  • Understanding product development life cycle; Understanding of SDLC including quality assurance, change management, and release processes.
  • Practical knowledge of Node (Typescript + Javascript), HTML, CSS, and Angular 14+.
  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud service providers.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent command of the English language and the ability to present and defend own ideas to other key stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

Nice to have:


  • A/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge and correct use of Gherkin for writing acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks, in particular AWS CDK.
  • Previous experience in the Elearning industry and/or SaaS development environment
