Junior Brand Manager

About the role

  • In this role you will_


As Junior Brand Manager you will support the Italian marketing team to develop and implement several activations and ensure our growth over the next years.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will have the opportunities to improve your marketing skills through different activities:

  • Track performance (market, competition, brands, consumers) and focus on learning to recommend strategies and actions
  • Manage and support the team on media and communications and be point of contact for others involved departments (Regulatory, Medical, Legal)
  • Actively work on innovation pipeline in the crossfunctional team (R&D, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain)
  • Support the team on 3years marketing plan
  • Monitor and be in charge of A&P (Advertising&Promotion spending)
  • Work in cooperation with Trade marketing, Finance and Sales teams on promotional activations
  • Why you?_
  • Qualifications & Skills (required):_
  • University degree in Business or related
  • At least 1 year of experience in Marketing department
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Passion for Brand Management and Healthcare
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passion for data analytics
  • Ability to manage complexity with multiple projects
  • Proactive, positive and able to create collaborative relationships
