    Packaging Supervisor, 2nd Shift

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to oversee our production processes on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet high quality standards and are produced efficiently.

    • Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and direct setup and adjustments of machines.
    • Analyze production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.

    In addition to these responsibilities, you will also communicate company policies to workers, enforce safety regulations, and provide input on establishing work procedures. You will analyze work problems and assist workers in resolving them while maintaining time and production records.

    If you have experience directing employees in the food industry or related manufacturing industry, we encourage you to apply. A bachelor's degree in a business discipline is preferred but not required as long as you have equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Your skills: proven experience directing employees; ability take direction follow instructions work with others focus details;
    Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Discipline (or equivalent); 3-5 years Related Experience Training; What We Offer:
