Position Snapshot

  • Nespresso in Italy, Milan (Assago) Head Quarter
  • Undergraduates or graduates in Engineering/Economics
  • Fulltime internship (6 month)
  • Start date: November/ December

Position Summary

  • She/He will support the team in optimizing After Sales KPIs for machine maintenance and repair for B2C/B2B.
  • You will support the team in the daybyday activities in the management of technical problems of both B2B and B2C customers, aiming to guarantee the best service level.

A day in the life of...

  • Maintain and improve a KPI dashboard, identify and propose new KPI to address trends and performance; highlight and anticipate possible issues;
  • Ensure consistent, high service levels towards right Repair Performances and service level by monitoring and taking required action on cases;
  • Automatize analysis on Machines Performances and Costs management.
  • Support with proactive approach the After Sales activities together with the team;
  • Support 3P (Third Party) in daily management: stock reconciliation, intervention management and inboundoutbound processes;
  • Identify improving areas, actively promote continuous improvement approach;
  • Ensure communication and collaboration with other functional departments (Customer Service, Sales, Logistic, etc.) and between 3PLs for a quick reaction to urgencies or issues.

Microsoft Office:
Excel (macro), PowerPoint, Power BI;
