- Design and conduct industrial trials to test the efficiency and effectiveness of new production processes; Analyze trial results, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize production; Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies and methods into existing processes; Support in the development and maintaining the system for coding new materials used in production; Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of materials throughout the production process;
- Work with supply chain and quality teams to streamline material usage and reduce waste; Oversee the commissioning of new production lines, including setup, testing, and validation; Provide training and support to production staff on new line operations and maintenance; Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Industrial Chemistry);
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment;
- Proficiency in programming and automation tools relevant to process engineering;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in managing industrial trials and commissioning projects;
- Knowledge of industry standards, compliance regulations, and safety protocols;
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies will be considered a plus;
- Familiarity with CAD software and with Rheology technique will be considered a plus;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written english.
