Job Title:
Proactive Monitoring Solution Specialist

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of monitory/alerting solutions and management of proactive monitoring events on Hospital PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), VNA (Vendor Neutral Archiving) solutions and on various elements of the infrastructure to meet the business agreements.

You will also be involved in troubleshooting and correcting monitoring system failures and performances issues, collecting and eliciting event monitoring requirements, documenting engineering solutions and standard procedures.

All above in order to deliver services in an effective and efficient manner, enabling our customer success and help create a better life for people around the world.

You are responsible for

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the objective of increasing solutions uptime and keeping data at safe on customer solutions.
Manage the existing monitoring tool installations and ensure full coverage as top priority
Create technical reports and assist in carrying out root cause analysis as part of our continuous improvement environment.
Help in improving monitoring processes to work more efficiently and with higher quality.
Help in developing scripts for ad hoc monitoring, create technical reports about monitoring activities and use analytics tool for advanced proactive monitoring capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Recent graduate with Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or related field with 02 years of professional experience.
Motivated to work in a hands on role within the healthcare IT industry.
Knowledge and experience with Windows OS including servers and storage solutions
Knowledge and experience with Database (Oracle preferred)
Troubleshooting skills
Analytical skills and attention to detail, Selfstarter and proactive attitude
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate complex information in a well structured manner
Fluent English and Italian required strong communication skills (verbal and written) in both languages
