What you'll do:

  • You will join the team of People Development & Culture reporting directly to the Learning and Development Discipline Leader
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in national and international learning and development projects being in charge of the following activities:
  • Global Learning & Development trends analysis
  • Global Learning & Development ongoing data analysis and needs gathering
  • Co-planning, design and delivery of learning and development projects for all Sisal Group, focusing on soft skills and cultural contents (such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion)
  • Organization, planning and monitoring of both off and online live training activities based on organizational needs by ensuring high quality standards on participants' experience
  • Monitoring and updating the Learning Platforms, with a specific focus on our Learning Management System (LMS) platform, which will be launched world-wide with a brand-new system in 2023
  • Design, organization and monitoring of communication flow connected with learning activities
  • Advisorship on learning matters to HRBP and HR manager for each country where the business is developed.
  • Reporting and monitoring of training activities for business overview
  • Process optimization & innovation according with business needs
  • Presentation and Facilitation based on organization needs
  • Learning & Development budget checks and Providers management
  • Your goal will be to realize the best learning and development experience ever for all Sisal people and become a point of reference in the organization on learning and development topic.

Who you are:

  • You are extremely passionate about training, learning and development, work in team, create projects, design contents and people accompaniment (this is a MUST TO HAVE)
  • You have at least three/four years' experience in learning and development field (in large company as a preference)
  • You have a degree in human field (such as human resources, business, psychology etc.), it can be a plus a master in Human Resources field or learning and development
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excels, PowerPoint and Word. It's a plus the know how in design platform such as Canva
  • You have at least a B2 level in English both in written and speaking
  • You are proactive, flexible, problem solver, team worker and focused on results
  • You have a digital mindset and are focused on details as well as on the big picture
  • You want to design dreaming learning opportunity and amazing people development experience

Preferrably, you also have:

  • Previous experience in learning, such as tutoring other students, teaching in some association or simply having had or having other group experiences
