Join us as Global Product Manager, where you will have an international role within the Nilfisk Commercial Floorcare Division.

We offer a position where you will have great influence on Nilfisk products and play an important role in managing batteries and technologies for Commercial and Industrial Floorcare products and solutions with an extensive network across the organization.


You will be the link between the market and the internal departments and in cooperation with the global Sales & Marketing organization and the Engineering group, you will support and develop the leading position of Nilfisk Commercial Floorcare products.


The position is located at Nilfisk in either Hadsund or Nordhavn in Denmark or in Piacenza in Italy, where we offer a national as well as international dynamic environment.

You will get the opportunity to develop yourself professionally as well as personally, and you will be reporting to the VP of Commercial Floorcare portfolio.

Develop the portfolio and create superior customer value


In this role, you will develop and maintain a competitive portfolio of Energy solutions and Technology for the Commercial and the Industrial Floorcare products with focus on understanding and managing the existing battery and charger portfolio, strategic decision on the next gen batteries and technologies for Nilfisk floorcare products.


You will create superior customer value by analyzing and transferring customer needs into requirements and solutions for both existing range as well as new competitive products.

Further, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work across a wide range of disciplines - e.g., project execution with R&D, product launch support, portfolio planning, quotation of special variants and assist on quality and product development.


Portfolio lifecycle management within own product category - e.g., manage in-/out-phasing of products, sales analysis, pricing, and release of communications.


Collect market research and customer insights to analyze and formulate customer pain points into new solutions, features, and benefits in close collaboration with Global Product Management team.


Provide expertise and training on products and solutions to Sales and Marketing team, and support on preparation of technical and marketing documents.

An analytical problem-solver with a technical and commercial mindset

You are analytical and structured in the approach to work, are working independently and good at building relations.

Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and a positive attitude also in times of heavy workload.

A high level of drive and are motivated by seeing the implementation and results of your work.

Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with ERP systems (SAP)

Great communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.

Capability and willingness to travel as needed.
