Bagni Fiore is located not far from Piazzetta of Portofino and Hotel Splendido Mare. The beach is embraced by the rocky coastline and overlooks the emerald green waters. The vintage-style cabanas on the boardwalk are the

perfect setting for a lunch on the beach or an aperitif. Paraggi Bay is part of Portofino Natural Park and Protected Marine Area. Here boats are not allowed to enter and this makes our waters a true paradise for sea lovers.

We have lost count of the number of Hollywood icons who have fallen in love with our sandy beach, crystal clear waters and Paraggi Bay.

Bagni Fiore is looking for a Chef de Rang for the next season.

Main duties & responsibilities

Fulfil the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures;
Monitor all aspects of the guests' experience, from the bar layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service.
Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests' needs;
Support all other team members with the service;
Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries.

Requirements:

Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability
Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player
Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues
Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background

Other requirements:

Fluent Italian and good command of English a third language preferred;
Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment;
Excellent communication skills, both with guests and colleagues;
Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
