    Join Our Reservation Team

    Become a key member of our Reservation Center as a Booking Agent at our Headoffice in Florence. As the primary point of contact for room reservations, you will showcase our property to guests and invite them to choose us for their stay.

    Responsibilities

    • Master efficient phone conversations to secure successful bookings.
    • Utilize finesse in sales techniques to provide suggestions throughout the reservation process.
    • Turn inquiries into contracted business deals with precision and enthusiasm.
    • Identify and pursue promising sales leads.
    • Respond to all enquiries in a professional tone, ensuring completed reservations meet guest expectations.

    A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential. We seek an individual with:

    • A unique personality and true passion for hospitality.
    • Familiarity with Opera PMS.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Experience in a similar role.
    • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
