We are looking for HR & Organization intern.

This office is dedicated to attracting, developing and retaining people to ensure the best possible match between their talents and expectations and the needs of the university.

Furthermore, the team manages the organization's development, is also responsible for mapping and analyzing business processes, promoting efficiency, digital innovation and automation, and sustaining its compliance with the constant evolution of strategies and scenarios.

The intern will:

Participate in HR Transformation projects to support the adoption of new systems and technologies aimed at improving the employee experience, streamlining and digitizing HR processes;
Participate in the design of innovative solutions related to training, talent management and skill mapping, onboarding, etc. ;
Collaborate on projects related to the organizational structure and HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization (e.g. workforce planning process and weighing of job positions)
Provide support in the field of talent management, and in particular on employee development, training and professional growth programs.
Support in drafting internal documentation, policies and procedures and manage the update of the company organizationl chart.
Gather and analyze data related to the HR ecosystem to identify trends, KPIs, best practices and areas of intervention, and to improve the decision making process.

Requirements:

Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path (Master in HR is considered a plus);
Fluent in English and Italian;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital mindset;
Previous short experiences in and/or knowledges of project management and/or digital transformation are considered a plus;
Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months) is considered a plus;
Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; handson approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; selfstarter with attention to detail.

We are offering a 6 months paid internship
