Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion )COME TO BUILD THE BUSINESS OF THE FUTURE
We are looking for Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion ) in Monticelli d'Ongina (PC) who have the drive to improve process, the passion for excellence and the enthusiasm for develop solution.

In this Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion )role you will:
Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
Manage and support process improvement projects
Implement and monitor KPIs
Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
Managing continuous improvement opportunities for Kaizen and Kaikaku, addressing necessary actions;
Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
Good knowledge of the English;
Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
