MAIN ACTIVITIES

Developing UNOX customers by acquiring new contacts and proposing our products to them;
Qualifying business contacts and translating them into sales processes
Supporting and managing marketing campaigns
Satisfying the requests of current customers through maintenance and followup activities;
Ensuring the success of UNOX and customer satisfaction;
Pronoting and organising demonstrations of our sales staff;
Manage customer master data and arrange updates;
Standardising CRM processes
Collecting data and information of a commercial nature
Handling complaints
Managing contact with the administration area, production area, procurement area and logistics area;
