For our International Customer Service Department, we are recruiting a


International Customer Service Manager
***The goal of the International Customer Service Department is to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals. The Manager will be in charge of a team and will work closely with other departments, such as the Supply Chain and Logistics ones.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Supervising daytoday operations in the Customer Service Department.
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Implementing or improving effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
  • Managing the approved budget of the customer service department.
  • Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Economics/Marketing/Foreign Languages.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in a customer service position.
  • Previous experience managing a team will be considered a plus.
  • High knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, openness to change in an evolving organization.
  • Strong experience in using SAP.
  • Full proficiency in English is required, the knowledge of other languages is preferred.

Our offer:

We offer a permanent contract, with a salary between € and € grading B1 of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.
