We have an opportunity for a
Legal Officer in our Global Legal & Compliance Department located in
Rome.

Main activities:

Reporting to Italy Legal Head,

Reviews contracts and legal documents across business initiatives as well as procurement services activities of Angelini Pharma Spa.
Works crossfunctionally with the business unit of Angelini Pharma Spa requiring legal support as needed to further the company's daytoday objectives.
Assists in the maintenance of the contract database platform.
Collaborates to generate and update contract templates.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Law
3+ years in the comparable role in Life Sciences Law Firms or in the pharmaceutical industry legal departments
Proficiency in MS Office + Word + Excel + Power Points command
Fluent Italian and English
Excellent contract drafting skills
Capacity to provide practical, businessfocused advice
Strong interpersonal skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic, fastpaced environment with shifting priorities
Stress management
Problem solving
Attention to details
