Looking for a Maximo Specialist to join Central Engineering's Steam and Gas organization within the Reliability Engineering group and provide work management expertise in Maximo, supporting preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, planning, labor reporting, and job costs for all assets associated at the steam plants.

In this role, you will collect data on steam equipment, create reports for compliance tracking and work execution, and identify gaps in existing processes to provide solutions for continuous improvement.

You will extract information to highlight anomalies and limit potential duplicates or discrepancies to ensure data accuracy within Maximo and close out Work Orders accordingly.

Must be comfortable collaborating across teams to provide solutions for future system automation efforts and be effective in supporting business needs to improve productivity.

Skills and Requirements
4+ years' experience as a data analyst, data scientist or similar
Foundational experience in IBM Maximo for asset monitoring, predictive maintenance, and/or reliability planning
Analytical expertise with data cleansing, data extraction, and generating reports for tracking and improvements
Proficient in process improvement
Bachelor's Degree Utility and/or manufacturing industry experience null
