We are looking for talented and hard-working professionals who are ready to create impact and have fun while doing it.


You will oversee the sales management activities in UK, Scandinavia and DACH area, reporting to the Menswear Brands Sales Director.

You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the wholesale business of menswear brands executing growth strategies and ensuring image enhancement for our collections.


Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the opening of new accounts and strengthen relations with existing accounts throughout the regions
  • Deliver strong sales growth to meet and exceed the sales targets focusing on business development and maximize on growth opportunities
  • Manage commercial plans for the accounts and negotiations
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and provide support and solutions
  • Manage seasonal and yearly budget planning for each customer
  • Plan, organize and manage the customers' appointments Importante Azienda the market
  • Supervise the management of sales campaigns to ensure targets are met
  • Conduct regular market visits, identifying opportunities and looking at competitors

Profilo

  • At least 3 years of wholesales account management or buying experience at a multibrand retailer
  • Excellent knowledge of English spoken and written
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Strong retail and commercial acumen required
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with crossfunctional teams
  • Available for frequent international travels
