Responsabilidades
- formare i capi impianto food e/o i responsabili HACCP;
- supportare gli avvii appalto della ristorazione collettiva per verificare i flussi igienico sanitari;
- gestire il processo di registrazione, archiviazione e monitoraggio delle prescrizioni derivanti dai verbali redatti in sede di Audit.
