- You'll be involved in preparation of pitch books, syndication materials, pricings, and roadshow materials for internal and external purposes.
- You will get an insight into the entire lifecycle of deal - from the initial pitch to the closing of the transaction.
- You'll be conducting research on leveraged markets.
- You will assist with reporting for internal and external purposes.
- You'll get to interact closely with colleagues from UniCredit's various leveraged finance units across Europe as well as our diverse investor base. What you'll need to succeed
- Study in Economics, Business Administration, Banking or related Finance/Business studies.
- Full professional proficiency in oral and written English, further language skills beneficial.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and corporate finance essentials.
- Interest to analyze and prepare supporting materials for a variety of corporates.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
