Overview:

Chemistry Expert Centre Professional,

Europe based in

Italy or Spain location.

Responsibilities:

Relay information to the appropriate internal groups and document all interactions in our quality tracking solutions.
Support new commercialized products, to ensure successful usage by the customers. Collect customer insights, feed these back to the commercialization team.
Relate chemistry sales opportunities as appropriate and forward them to the chemistry sales team.

Qualifications:
The European Waters Chemistry Community is a dynamic team that builds on a keen understanding of the customer challenges and needs, and continuously drives to deliver benefit, what we are looking for from you:

Passionate about sciences and customer happiness.
B.S. or B.A. with course work in biochemistry, chemistry, biology or engineering or a solid technical background
Has strong interpersonal skills and is eager to build a strong network of contacts with customers and internally at Waters.
Is a good communicator over the phone and written down and an inquisitive listener.
Understands that appropriate documentation is key in this function.
A problem solver through an analytical approach, has eye for detail and is able to set priorities.
