In compliance with Goyard stock management policies orchestrated by the Operations Manager, the Stock Manager is responsible for the good performance of stocks and ensures the efficiency of sales thanks to good flow management.


Supervision of boutique stocks:


  • Organize and participate in the reception of deliveries (qualitative and quantitative control of the goods received)
  • Track forecasts to ensure product availability
  • Ensure a logical and efficient organization of the different storage spaces
  • Coordinate with sales and cashier teams to manage reservations, manage and track shipments for customers
  • Define cycle counting schedule, analyze and understand discrepancies

Stock flow management:


  • Ensure good flow management to allow the sales team to be fully available to the customer
  • Be proactive in the implementation of new processes that provide the best support for the teams and ensure excellent management of the inventory division
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory management procedures

Management:


  • Train and make the team grow
  • Organize the workload within the team in order to have a smooth operation, manage the stock controllers planning
The Stock Manager is fully integrated into the boutique team.

He/She attends the daily brief every morning and participates in the achievement of the store's objectives.

You benefit from at least 5 years of experience in stock and flow management in the Retail world.

You are proficient in Excel as well as stock management tools; knowledge of CBR Retail is a plus. You speak English.

Versatile, organized and rigorous, you adapt quickly to your environment. Autonomous and proactive, you have excellent interpersonal skills.
