Descrizione As Sales & Business Director this role is part of the European Area's Executive and Strategic Team reporting to the Area Head of Sales and is responsible for the strategic and operational focus of assigned Zone, including:


Working with the Area Head of Sales to define the local strategy to best serve customers Translating the Area strategy into an execution plan for the defined zone with defined targets Managing the Account Managers and Sales Specialists in the respective zone Direct and indirect responsibility for employees within the assigned zone, which will operate within a matrix environment.

It includes Service, Office Management and Sales Support & Order Processing.

P&L and budget responsibility of the respective zone Strategic focus:

Take a leading role in sales strategy development for Sales alongside Area Head of Sales Explore customer segments & sales channels and identify business growth opportunities Support the Area Head of Sales in implementing Local & Global dealers strategy Implement and execute a Zone Sales strategy (as part of market region strategy) to achieve market share gains and secure long-term profitability and sustainable growth Sales focus:
Manage Key Account relations, understanding specific needs and resolving problems Visit customers with Account Managers Work with other Zone Directors to ensure that sales opportunities within the Area are identified and realized Develop sales strategies to ensure continued improvement in the volume of sales per customer levels, and work with team to implement Ensure that all sales activities at account level are supervised, including the proper use of all sales tools available including CRM (e365) Establish sales rep placement with geographical placement that gives the best chance to win Work closely with GKAM and further commercial support units in the new matrix organization to drive cross-functional execution of goals in the respective Zone In coordination with Operational Marketing assign and supervise salespersons at all company exhibits Market awareness and Sales monitoring:
Supervise all Sales activities including proper use of CRM and opportunityfunnel Monitor market and competition in order to recommend course correction as needed to achieve goals and targets Secure best practice knowledge and share knowledge with other Zones Operating periodically with metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor success and sales performance Leadership/people management:

Manage efficiently and motivate cross-functional teams (direct and indirect reports) Lead assigned salespersons to achieve the defined goals of the Zone Establish individual goals and expected levels of performance, evaluate performance, give feedback and provide people development measures (eg.

training, coaching) where needed Support all Human Resources processes and procedures to ensure compliant and engaged Area, participate in defining people development plans in line with the company strategy Lead and motivate people and be a role model Initiate and realize the change process (behaviour, mindset), being a role model Management Skills:

Communicate openly, precisely and efficiently across different Teams & Functions Experience in General Management preferred, country and/or BU level Excellence in motivating and engaging people in the process Profilo del Candidato Requirements:
Windows Office, SAP-BI and CRM Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network effectively (internal and external) and establish effective working relationships Ability to motivate teams to produce quality results Entrepreneurial, ability to think in value propositions Results driven, good analytical capabilities and ability to drive business with constant improvement intentions Willingness and ability to travel extensively offerta di lavoro Temporary contract Duration:
