We are looking for a Site Buyer like you

Our client is a multinational pharma company, global leader in pain management.

Your role purposes

You will execute transactional procurement activities on a global level assuring compliance, transparency and accuracy while providing a world class purchasing experience, based on a smart, lean and customer focused global process.

You will support the Site Business Partner for site related (tactical) procurement activities for the assigned areas.

Your activities and responsibilities

Provide procurement support, focusing on operational transactional procurement activities
Manage tactical procurement activities for the assigned categories/spend areas with the support of the line manager (executes RFQs, negotiations )
Ensure requirements are processed complying with global policies and ensure close relation with Global Procurement
Provide Supplier Enablement Services such as Preferred Vendors Admin Supplier Training and Operational Supplier Management
Provides Stakeholder & Key User Services mainly for site specific topics, End User Training & Support, System Testings, aligned with the Global Procurement Center
Register prices for production materials in Sinity ( APIs, Excipients and Packaging ) and include them in the Info Record and Book in SAP
Execute Purchase To Pay P2P assigned activities such as Qualitycheck on PR, Purchase Order Generation, Purchase Order Monitoring, Tracking of Goods & Services assuring on time processing and accurate information for in general production related materials
If required supports & participates in the Vendor Creation & Maintenance Process

Requirements:

Relevant practical experience with at least 2 year in a comparable role in a stateoftheart procurement organization
Strong knowledge of SAP MM
Advance level of English (C1/C2)
Master Degree in Economics, Foreign Languages or comparable
Good communication and analytical skills, customer and business focus
