Ho due bimbi, Nicola e Francesco. Nicola ha tre anni e mezzo e va alla materna fino alle 16. Francesco invece ha 9 mesi e stiamo per iniziare l'inserimento al nido. Abbiamo i nonni lontani quindi le assenze per malattia di Nicola (e prossimamente di entrambi) sono difficili da gestire. Abbiamo due cani.Cerco una persona soprattutto a chiamata per gestire le malattie, ma con una certa flessibilit. Ho la fortuna di avere un lavoro con un buon margine di flessibilit che mi permette di venire incontro anche ad eventuali esigenze di orario di chi verrebbe a stare con i miei bimbi (salvo eventuali riunioni o impegni improrogabili).
Mi piacerebbe in ogni caso mantenere qualche ora un pomeriggio a settimana fissa in modo che i bambini mantengano un minimo di contatto con la babysitter e vivano in modo positivo anche il tempo in cui sono malati e affidati alle cure della babysitter.
