Join Valmet Tissue Service Technology and take your career to the next level as a Tissue Air System Process Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally while supporting our customers' Tissue business.

We are currently expanding our Italian team based in Gorizia and are seeking a highly skilled individual to join us.

As a Tissue Air System Process Specialist, you will work closely with our Sales Team and report directly to the Tissue Agreement and Lifecycle Services Business Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading as the air system specialist resource on assigned projects, ensuring optimal performance.
Conducting customer mill audits, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive reports.
Presenting and recommending solutions to customers based on your analysis.
Ensuring that processrelated feedback and learnings from the market and sites are effectively communicated back to the company.
Collaborating and providing support to the Area sales team and working closely with our Mill Sales Managers.
Assisting in the process checkout and startup of new or service installations when applicable.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or technical high school diploma in Energy Engineering or other technical studies.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
Knowledge of the tissue making industry or processes would be considered an advantage.
Availability to travel at least 50% of the time.
Fluent in both English and Italian.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relations.
A team player with a collaborative mindset.
