Position Snapshot

  • Nespresso in Italy, Milan headquarter (Assago)

  • 2 years of experience in a data management role
  • Deep knowledge of Excel and SAP
  • Knowledge of Powe BI and SAP will be a plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English

Position Summary
This role is based at our Headquarter in Milan (Assago), you will help the growth on Customer Relation Center Team in activities such as:

  • Maintaining and creating new dashboard to track metrics and visualize insights.
  • Manage existing analytics, including automation/modernization the data knowledge.
  • Lead subteams to create KPIs and Dashboards, helping colleagues to understand the real needs.
  • Helping the Process Engineer in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
