Mission:

You will work in a highly motivating environment, in close contact with several internal and external teams in a very dynamic context joining a leading player in Markets activities.

You will be part of the Cross Asset Solutions Sales Team within the Global Markets platform working alongside experienced colleagues operating on Cross Asset Solutions to be offered through Banks, Insurances Companies, Asset Managers, Family Offices, Pension Funds.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Be the frontline of the team in the daily interaction with institutional clients on the primary market activity related to the issuance of a structured products (pre trade, trade, post trade)
Pricing and booking of structured products and derivatives exotic solutions
Daily interaction with the Paris, London, Hong Kong trading and financial engineering team
Oversee and manage the temporary sales analysts that support the team to ensure perfect execution and client service
Strong link with the Global Research and Marketing team to help the sales in the ideas generations

Profile required:

Studies & experience:

Master's degree in economics or similar
2/5 years in Financial Markets with focus on structured products

Language skills:

Fluent in Italian and English
French is a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Strong knowledge of Excel and Power point
Good knowledge of the most common derivatives products on the market
Flexibility and autonomous
Capacity to understand quickly, show initiative, propose solutions and ideas
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Team spirit
