Your mission

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us
This position will be an Internship contract, with possibilities to renew.

Under supervision of the HR & Admin, you will be:
The point of contact for office, travel and admin matters

Responsible for keeping track of travel arrangements
Prepare and organize internal company meetings
Responsible for purchasing / leasing of office equipments, office furnitures, services etc and coordination of deliveries
Support the HR & Admin Manager for events, seminars and meetings and coordinate logistics (bookings, payments, invoices, etc.
Responsible for all office agreements, including office, assigned company cars, mobile phone, etc
Support with HSE documentation
Any other adhoc matters requested by the HR & Admin Manager and Country Manager

Profile:

Highschool degree
Previous experience in similar positions
Excellent written and spoken command of Italian and English
Superior time management and organizational skills
A team player with great attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of and user proficiency in MS Office and Internet
Ability to multitask
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Flexibility, serviceoriented attitude, startup mentality, good judgement, reliability, tact and discretion.
Selfinitiative and the ability to both work independently with a minimum of supervision and as part of a team
