- attivita' di origination su clienti in portafoglio e new business;
- gestione autonoma dei mandati e organizzazione dell'intero processo di M&A;
- gestione autonoma della fase di execution, con supervisione dell'attivita' di analyst e associate nella predisposizione di documentazione di marketing (Info Memo, Blind Teaser, Analisi di Mercato, etc.) e di modellistica finanziaria complessa (modelli di valutazione DCF, sum of the parts, LBO Model);
- gestione autonoma della fase di negoziazione con le controparti;
- coordinamento e formazione di risorse junior.
- eccellente per accademico in Finanza;
- almeno 5 anni di esperienza in realta' di Boutique di Corporate Finance o Investment Bank;
- comprovato track record in operazioni di M&A su settori diversificati (Energy & Infrastructure sono un plus);
- preferibile esperienza lavorativa all'estero;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello min. B2);
- spiccate doti commerciali, spirito imprenditoriale e leadership completano il profilo.
- RAL commisurata rispetto l'effettiva seniority della risorsa;
- sede di lavoro Milano.
