About the Role:

Managing, in cooperation with the UGP Manager, all maintenance related aspects and projects for the UGP, in order to assure the
respect of expected maintenance performance and timings, within costs constrains.

Main Responsibilities:

MAINTENANCE POLICY

Definition: cooperates to collect data and analysis needed to perform evaluation and changes to maintenance policies.
Implementation: assures the correct implementation of the Maintenance policies.

INTERVENTION PLANNING

Dead lines book: updates deadlines book for maintenance services, according to changes in maintenance policies or need for maintenance services.
Machineries' downtime: consolidates the maintenance services to be executed during the planned machineries' downtime, adding maintenance services for machineries' improvement (upon availability check).

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULING

Short term plan: elaborates the maintenance plans on a weekly basis, upon resources availability (personnel, spare parts, suppliers), evaluating the opportunity to advance/ defer maintenance services according to information received by Maintenance operative team responsible.
Needs collection: participates in UGP meetings, in order to collect all needs for maintenance services and analyze the effects of maintenance services' carried out.

INTERVENTION EXECUTION

Works delivery: assures right execution of operative tests before delivery plans, after the execution of planned or improving maintenance services.
Planned maintenance: cooperates to assure the right execution of planned maintenance, in order to assure the execution respecting timings.
Maintenance practices: supports the circulation and the wide spread of maintenance best practices.
Automation: evaluates the opportunity to allocate some maintenance activities to the production personnel, control the transfer process and evaluates related outcomes.

DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT

Updating and filing / archiving: ensures that machinery books, operative manuals and other documentation are adequately updated and archived, being available to possible users.
Regulations and procedures: fills in the forms related to certification systems.

SUPPLIERS MANAGEMENT

Request for quotation: defines technical specifications to require and evaluate maintenance services' quotations.
Vendor's evaluation: collects information needed to evaluate supplier's quality in order to hold them in the company vendor list.
Vendors' entrance: authorizes vendors' entrance in the UGP, and verifies the respect of established procedures.

MATERIAL, MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT

Materials: cooperates with APV and Warehouse, providing information needed for a proper management of spare parts and consumables (stock level, picking modalities).
Machinery&equipment: manages the physical structure of assigned machinery&equipment.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Promotion: identifies upon data analysis performed, the potentials for improvements, in relation to the maintenance system, and spreads them within the UGP.
Realization: evaluates, under technical and economical perspective, the proposals for ongoing improvement, assuring the execution of the best proposals, evaluating the achievement of expected outcome.

Who we are looking for:

Master's degree in mechanical, electronics or mechatronics engineering;
Fluent English;
Availability to international mobility and to work on shifts;
At least two years of work experience in production area are considered a plus.
