CERCHIAMO CHEF DE RANG PER IL NOSTRO HOTEL & RISTORANTE Sei un professionista esperto nel servizio di sala, con una forte passione per la ristorazione e desideri far parte di un team dinamico e qualificato? Allora potresti essere la persona che stiamo cercando Responsabilità principali Accogliere gli ospiti in modo caloroso e professionale, garantendo un'esperienza impeccabile durante tutto il servizio Prendersi cura del proprio rango (sezione della sala), assicurandone ordine, efficienza e qualità del servizio Gestire le comande, assicurandosi della corretta trasmissione alla cucina e al bar, e del giusto tempo di uscita dei piatti Conoscere in modo approfondito il menu e le bevande, sapendo consigliare gli ospiti in maniera accurata ed personalizzata Curare la mise en place ed assicurarsi che il tavolo sia sempre perfettamente apparecchiato Collaborare con i commis ed el resto del team per garantire fluidit&, precisione ed elevati standard di igiene nella propria area di lavoro Comunicare in modo costante ed chiaro con cucina, bar ed sala supportando il team durante tutte le fasi dellofferta lavorativa.
