Kuba is looking to recruit a General Manager for our operations in Italy. You will be the guarantor of the proper functioning of our Italian operation, and you will embody its values. You will report to the Group CEO and sit on the Leadership team.


As General Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company's daily life, particularly in achieving the operations and objectives set by the board and group strategy.

As General Manager, you must be resourceful, have strong personal motivational skills, be a relationship builder with excellent communications skills, incorporate an involved approach with the determination to succeed and have the aptitude to react quickly to given situations.

As General Manager, you must have an approachable and open nature to ensure 'buy-in' to the function is consistent across the Company while aligning with Kuba's pillars.


Requirements:


  • Three or more years operating as a General Manager in a technical environment such as IT, communications / ticketing, software, electronics or hardware.
  • Managing the Italian regional strategic and operational projects in close collaboration with the Leadership Team.
  • An understanding of financial management and wider management principles with handson experience of the techniques required to grow the profitability of a region.
  • Management of the Italian regions overall performance: implementation, monitoring, reporting and analysis of KPIs.
  • Identification and control of the recruitment needs of the regional team. To ensure the recruitment and retention are to the required numbers and types of wellmotivated and trained individuals.
  • Implement business plans and processes to resolve blockers affecting internal teams.
  • Overall management and monitoring of the regions various departments: sales, marketing, communication, operations, finance, IT, human resources, etc.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of commercial operations and supervise the work of the management team, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance building and maintaining the business reputation within the market.
