    Your Opportunity

    We are currently seeking for a SAP BPO FI/CO as part of our dynamic team in Montebello Vicentino who will report to IS Director.

    How you will contribute

    The candidate as SAP BPO FI/CO will be the internal reference for all Bottega Veneta companies across the different regions.

    He/she will be in contact with HQ/regional CFOs for all the financial/controlling projects.

    As point of reference for Bottega Veneta's Business, he/she will be in charge of:

  • Ensuring standardization of processes across all business domains
  • Approving new business processes in alignment with the company's culture, environment, legal requirements and processes
  • Gathering requirements and support process design on Finance process
  • Translating Business Requirements into Technical specification for developers team
  • Monitoring Kering AMS activities in terms of priorities and due date
  • Manage Escalation
  • Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar studies
  • Previous experience, at least 1-3 years in similar roles within dynamic and structured companies;
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge on SAP FI (GL, AP, AR) and the SD&MM integration
  • Good knowledge of the Office Package (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management and Operations best practices
  • 'Proficient ability to work collaboratively with others; conduct good working relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Rigorous, autonomous, organized, committed
  • Available to travel
