Within the Group Strategy & Business Accelerator, the Business Development & Partnership team is responsible to:

  • Drive or support (case by case) the execution of partnership initiatives, supervising, facilitating and controlling their launch, as well as monitoring their business performance after go-to-market
  • Management of the partnerships with leading accelerators / open innovation platforms
We are currently looking for a talented and proactive intern to join the team. The internship will be activated for a minimum of 6 months. Location would usually be in Milan with 3 days of Smart Working per week.

The intern will have the following main tasks:

  • Suport the team to drive or support (case by case) the execution of partnership initiatives, supervising, facilitating and controlling their launch, as well as monitoring their business performance after go-to-market
  • Support the team internal communication efforts (community calls, internal newsletter)

Esperienze lavorative precedenti

  • REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must have- Excellent educational background (i.e. average grades), preferably in the fields of business management or engineering

  • Excellent relationship skills and commercial attitude
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Passionate innovation mindset
  • Ability to solve complex problems, to develop creative and structured solutions
  • High level of personal initiative, drive, selfmotivation and commitment
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Capacity to influence stakeholders using business acumen
  • Strong attitude to team working
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
  • Strong familiarity with office automation tools, especially Microsoft Office

Nice to have:

  • Some previous working experience, better if in international companies, ideally in commercial and/or global partnership roles
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills in a third language (ideally French or Spanish)
