This is a great opportunity to join the Finance & Accounting team in a global industry corporation based near Treviso.

Develop and manage, together with controlling dept and CFO, annual and multiyear fcst/budgets that are adequate for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts;
Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed;
Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested Preparing yearend books for audit, including consolidation;
Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities;
Process vendor payments and check requests;
Process employee reimbursements including managing employee credit card charges and reconcile credit card accounts;
Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned;
Reconcile all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly/quarter closing schedule.
Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance;

- +10 years' experience in executive leadership positions at Group Level;

Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Avaliability to do regular transfers;
Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, consolidation, IFRS and tax planning;
Working knowledge of raising capital beyond traditional lines of credit.

Teamplayer and organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks;
Demonstrate good judgment and good problemsolving skills;
Respond appropriately to evaluation and changes in the work setting.
